I live in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I love to walk the beaches with my camera in hand to take reference photos of subjects I want to paint. I love to paint seascapes, shore birds, sea grasses, flower portraits, Koi fish, Egrets and Herons are my favorites. I paint in oil and acrylics and sometimes combine the two mediium for special effects. All of my paintings are on gallery wrapped canvases with painted sides so framing is not necessary. All are wired and ready for hanging. I originally started painting about 30 years ago and attended the Moore Institute of Art & Design in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, my hometown.
