The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

This is an image of an oil painting from my Florals and Still Life series. It features orange hibiscus and canna flowers in a handmade ceramic jug from the island of Bali.The cloth on the table is a vintage silk shawl.
