I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.
Artist's Description
This is a romantic view of a small, rural town named High River located in Alberta along Highway Two between Calgary and Lerhbridge. This image depicts a typical grain elevator that dominated the prairies for over a hundred years. I'm not certain how much longer these iconic structures will be around. Most of them have already been replaced by more efficient (and perhaps colder) concrete structures.
About Terry Reynoldson
For the best possible result, I recommend printing my color images on Somerset Velvet paper, which is a surface that gives these works an impressive fine art feeling. My black and white images will look best on Cool Tone Picture Rag: a surface that really shows off the subtle variety of tones. The Premium Archival Matte paper is a very nice choice as a lower-cost alternative for any of my artworks.
