About Ivan Guaderrama

Ivan Guaderrama

Biography Ivan Guaderrama born August 1984, in Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, Mexico. He learn to use an airbrush at Moriarty High School, NM, then learned to become a painter and sculptor and got a degree in Plastic Arts from "Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center". Attended, as well especial workshops under Henry Paul Ally. His first individual exhibition was called "Liquid Dreams" at "The Western Colorado Center for the Arts". In 2005 he started using a technique he has called "Live Texture", in which he combines oil and acrylic paint, marble powder and resins to enhance the material character of his work. A year later, he opened his gallery, "Críticas de Arte Galería" Now in 2010 he has presented a new technique, which he has called "Glass...
