I never would have ordered this shirt if I'd known the brand logo was printed like that on the shirt. When I saw the picture when I ordered it, I figured it was a watermark or something like that.

This painting belongs to the serie "Mujeres del pais de Abril" and is my homage to Ines de Castro (Spain 1325 - Portugal 1355). She is best known as lover and posthumously declared lawful wife of King Pedro I of Portugal, and therefore Queen of Portugal. He starred one of the great love stories. In the life of Ines de Castro are two very distinct parts: the legend, which has sent her name to all the people, and real history, that all the investigations of the modern school have not yet been able to fully understand.
The terrible history of D. Pedro and D. Ines, passed in the convulsive Portugal, from the early fourteenth century. The Portuguese King never accepted that her son Pedro, fell in love with Ines, and that after the death of his wife, maintain loving relationships with Ones, which were born several children. I am a Portuguese visual artist, painter and ceramist, living in Chile. I have 3 children. I have had several individual and group exhibitions throughout my life. I participated in the 1st Andiamerican Art Triennial representing Portugal (1993) and I have exhibited twice at the Ralli Museum. I am a painting teacher at the Talagante Cultural Corporation and at the Penaflor Space. I work in a wide range of media, including oil, charcoal, watercolor, acrylic, pencil, photography, and mixed media.
