Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Jettisoned Apollo 13 service module. View from the command module (partly seen at lower left) of the damaged service module (SM, upper right) near the end of the aborted Apollo 13 lunar mission of April 1970. Two days into this mission, an oxygen tank exploded and damaged the service module. The crew of three survived in the lunar module section for four days as the spacecraft passed behind the Moon and back towards Earth. They then re-powered the command module, jettisoned the service module and lunar module, and successfully re-entered the Earth's atmosphere for a safe splashdown. Photographed on 17 April 1970.
