George Harth

George Harth, also known as “Trey” by family and friends, lives in Medina, Ohio. He began painting watercolors during high school in Leavenworth, Kansas. George started developing his love of art, at the age of thirteen, while taking private drawing lessons. He grew into watercolor painting and experienced early success. At the age of fifteen, George placed first in Leavenworth’s Annual Art Exhibit of 1960, and he finds that it helps to keep in touch with his youthful feelings. As all artists have learned, it is the “inner child” that brings life and originality to the best paintings.
