Marlene Burns replied:

Thank you, Bill!

Love the clean flowing lines and soft colors... Excellent series! fv :)

Marlene Burns replied:

This series got me into the gallery system back in the 80's. thank you!

My favorite of this small 3-image kachina series, Marlene. I love the dancing flow of the lines.

Marlene Burns replied:

Thank you, Nikolyn...I was mystified by the movement of these kachinas as well...this series was the first that got me in the southwest gallery circuit...there were 10 i think..but most were lost in the shuffle of life...

Fantastic work!!! v

Marlene Burns replied:

Marlene Burns replied:

lenore, thank you so much for your thoughtful comments and thank you for adding me to your watch list..

Another classic work, Marlene. I adore your work in general for colors, sense of abstraction, meaning, etc. Another fave...

Marlene. Thank you for sharing what do you feel and think with the piece "El Ser". Yes is only an oil painting, and was a very free one, i think something from the inside came out! I saw in your work a very sense of balance in your composition, colors and the treatment that transmits a peaceful and atracting force!

Interesting magic symbolism in Kachina!

This a very nice work. I do wonder why it had the safe filter on? I like the subtle colors and the softness of the appearance. Very relaxing
