Sometimes I'm a lazy photographer, I hate to admit it but I am. While I say that, I think I'm getting better. Maybe some of you can relate to me. There have been many places, scenes that I have always told myself that I would like to photograph, someday, when I have more time. Only to drive by that scene one day and see that the old building has been torn down or that something has changed drastically, forever changing that scene that was going to be captured someday. I've driven by this old barn and Silo for many years always thinking that I need to stop and take a picture of the Silo before it falls over. Well I finally did. I made it a point to wake up early and drive 40 minutes with only one purpose in mind. To capture the barn with the leaning silo.
So this barn off of highway 37 in Sonoma County, has been there ever since I moved to California more than 33 years ago. That whole time the silo has been leaning looking as if it was ready to fall over. I have come to the conclusio...

I love getting out shooting the outstanding scenery that this area has to offer. I may be in Yosemite one weekend and the Napa wine country the next.
