Until the completion of the Empire State Building in 1931, the Eiffel Tower remained the tallest man-made structure in the world for 42 years. The Empire State Building also reigned for 42 years as the tallest structure until the completion of the World Trade Center Twin Towers in 1973. Today the Empire State Building remains as one of the most recognized landmarks in the world.
I took some artistic license and digitally added the American flag in the center, around the eighth floor.
I am offering The Empire State Building for sale as Limited Edition Prints only. Each print, regardless of size, type, style, or treatment, is considered one of a total of thirty-seven Limited Edition Prints that will be offered for sale. As of July 11, 2017 there are twenty-one prints of The Empire State Building in circulation.

Architecture and Engineering have been good to me during my fifty-year career. I studied architectural drafting and design at Brooklyn Technical High School, and as an undergraduate at Pratt Institute School of Architecture in Brooklyn, New York in the fifties. In the sixties and seventies I was chief draftsman for architects in Northern New Jersey and North Carolina, drafting by hand long before computers. By the early eighties I morphed into design engineering, still drafting by hand. In the nineties I apprehensively—though willingly —made the transition to CAD, although much of my preliminary work was still drawn by hand. Eventually, the hand drafting became dormant until a few years ago when a family member, who loves everything...
