Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Looking Down on the Farm was inspired by pictures from my daughter's recent hot air balloon ride over some of the countryside of upstate New York. For some parts of the ride they were low enough for people to see them and wave and cheer them on! Cross one off her bucket list!
The red color that one sees on so many barns is believed to come from one of two things.European farmers,centuries ago, used linseed oil to seal the wood of the barn and added blood from a recently slaughtered animal to oil mixture.The paint turned from a bright red to a darker red-orange as it dried. The other theory is that the farmers added rust to the oil mixture which tinted it and helped to retard the growth of mold and fungus on the barn. Perhaps they used both together,This tradition of red barns came with them to America.
When paints were produced commercially, the reds were among the cheapest - and the tradition of red barns continued.Now white is also a common color - but other colors are...
