About Joel Lau
I have been active in photography for more than 35 years. Although my initial equipment included an old 120 box camera, my craft matured through years of field and darkroom experience with 35mm film before turning to the growing medium of digital photography. While my background includes photojournalism and freelance work, I now focus on my more expressive interests through art photography. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, and a Master’s of Science in Education.
