This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

St Ives is a seaside town, civil parish and port in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. The town lies north of Penzance and west of Camborne on the coast of the Celtic Sea. In former times it was commercially dependent on fishing. The decline in fishing, however, caused a shift in commercial emphasis and the town is now primarily a popular holiday resort, notably achieving the award 'Best UK Seaside Town' from the British Travel Awards in both 2010 and 2011. St Ives was incorporated by Royal Charter in 1639. St Ives has become renowned for its number of artists. It was named best seaside town of 2007 by the Guardian newspaper.
About David Davies
I have been a keen photographer since childhood, have worked in photography all my life on the lab side. I work with picture libraries and main themes are landscapes, travel & railways. My images date back to the early 1970s and many were made with transparency film which has been professionally processed & scanned. I was born in London and moved to Germany in 1979. As many shots were taken on return visits to the UK, I was able to see with both the eyes of a tourist and a native. I exhibited canvas prints of my work in Stralsund, Northern Germany in 2005.
