Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. (Copyright Mel Steinhauer all rights reserved) The Blue Ridge Parkway winds its way through Virginia with many scenic wonders. At the 176 milepost you will find the historic and famous Mabry Mill. Ed Mabry finished building this still working grist mill and sawmill in 1910. Now it is a delightful tourist attraction with a nearby restaurant, gift shop and other historic buildings. Except for an occasional honking of a resident goose, I enjoyed a peaceful morning by the pond at the old ... Mabry Mill.
I created this black and white image from my original color photograph taken on location by adding digital enhancements, textures or other effects. These effects and image details will become more visible by clicking inside the green magnifier square as the cursor is placed over the image.

My love for photography began as a boy when I was taught the basics by my father. During a tour of duty with an Army Combat K9 unit in Vietnam, I bought a professional model Nikon SLR camera and dreamed of becoming an artistic photographer when I returned home.
