Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Fits my phone perfectly and looks fantastic.
Kondo (main hall) of Horyu-ji, one of the most famous temples in Japan, with the 5-storey pagoda behind. These are said to be the two oldest wooden buildings in the world. The temple was founded by Prince Shotoku in the early 7th century not long after Buddhism was introduced to Japan. The temple buildings have been rebuilt since.
The temple and others associated with it comprise one of Japan's earliest UNESCO World Heritage Sites. For these reasons, they are a major tourist attraction.
The temple precinct's full name is Horyu Gakumon-ji (法隆学問寺), which means 'Learning Temple of the Flourishing Law'.
