This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

We were disappointed that the name of the artist is cut off and not showing in full. We feel the name of the artist is an important part of it and would love to have it rectified

We live in the desert so the Palm theme resonates. The color scheme is brilliant and perfect. We would like to see more from this artist. Where do we look?
Artist's Description
Motion of the ocean is a fun and challenging subject to paint. When ever I go to the beach I spend most of my time listening to the sound of the waves and watching them form and crash on the shore. The rhythm is spell bounding and meditative. Taking on the challenge of creating a painting to show that rhythm and transparency was a great exercise in concentration. My medium of choice for this painting was acrylics. The quick drying time helped me with layering the colors. I started with the sand and continued building each layer to achieve the depth of transparency I was going for.
NOTE; This painting, along with my entire inventory and art studio, was destroyed in the Lahaina fire on August 8th, 2023.

McGuire's choice of subject matter comes from her love of nature and all that surrounds her on a daily basis. She paints in large and small formats. Three of the five galleries that represented her work were destroyed by the Lahaina fire. The two remaining galleries are Karen Lei's Gallery in Kahakuloa and Karen Lei's...
