Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

When I found this flower I noticed the pattern of the leaves formed the face of a grumpy old man. I named it oscar as in Oscar the grouch since I thought it fit this flower.
Lady's slipper orchids in the subfamily Cypripedioideae, which includes the genera Cypripedium, Mexipedium, Paphiopedilum, Phragmipedium and Selenipedium. They are characterised by the slipper-shaped pouches of the flowers the pouch traps insects so they are forced to climb up past the staminode, behind which they collect or deposit pollinia, thus fertilizing the flower. Unlike other orchids, This subfamily has been considered by some to be a family Cypripediaceae, separate from the Orchidaceae.
The Cypripedium genus is found across much of North America, as well as in parts of Europe and Asia. The state flower of Minnesota is the showy lady's slipper (Cypripedium reginae). The pink lady's slipper is also the official provincial flower of the Canadian province of Prince Edward Island.
