Love this duvet cover in the Tree Fort Suite of the Elk View Lodge, Fernie, BC, Canada.
This painting was created using the special BladePainting technique developed by me: it was painted with razor blades instead of the usual brushes. This technique results in a surface exceptionally structured and therefore it has a very special effect.

Peter Antos Artist, Painter. I graduated from Eotvos Lorand University, Department of Mathematics, in 1972. I taught mathematics and computer science at the Technical University, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Department of Mathematics for 15 years. The painter Lorand Sarkany was my first art teacher; he remained my mentor for many years. I continued my education in graphic arts and painting at the Desi Huber Circle of Fine Arts under the tutelage of Ervin Tamas in the 1960s. Throughout my whole career I have combined the rationality of mathematics and the irrationality of art.
