Love the graphic but it is placed too low on the shirt. should be 2-3 inches higher

On a rainy day, a couple sharing an umbrella ascends the stairs to the top of Montmartre in Paris, France. This hill, located in the 18th arrondissement in the north of the city, shares its name with the surrounding historic district and views like this one are classic. The title of the piece, "Paris sous la Pluie", means "Paris in the Rain" in English.
