I was disappointed that the image on this pouch was not very clear. The zipper doesn't work real well, either.

Using as a wallet
One of the more accessible Shipwrecks in the Graveyard of the Pacific, the Peter Iredale was a four-masted steel barque sailing vessel that ran ashore while trying to enter the mouth of the Columbia River on October 25, 1906. With very little damage done when it ran aground, there was a plan to pull it out to sea and repair it. While waiting for favorable conditions, the ship became embedded in the sand. Most of the parts were sold for scrap except for a few masts, a couple of ribs and the bow. Today it is a popular visitor attraction.
My photography focus is primarily nature and wildlife. I have a strong passion for the outdoors, capturing images that help preserve the numerous public lands and all that they offer. My travels take me all over the western united states to the common and not so common places. Many of my photos concentrate on the National Parks of Glacier, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, and Arches National Parks. Other areas of my travels include Moab Utah, Central Oregon, the Oregon coast and many areas around my home State of Washington. Take your time and enjoy my images. Intriguing - What's the story here ? V
Mark Kiver replied:
Thanks Beth, this is one of the more famous and visible shipwrecks on the west coast. Mostly because it is so accessible. In my description of the photo, I describe a brief story of the events that led up to this. Thanks again.
