My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. This painting is of a young lady of Sioux origin I met in Atlanta, I was so impressed with her beauty and the fact that I love the Indian culture so much that I asked her to pose for me. I added the horse later to complement what I thought would complete the story.
About Harvie Brown
Harvie Brown is a native of Florida and a graduate of Georgia State University. He has always had an interest in drawing and painting from since a very early age. He is a self-taught artist, works primarily in oils and would classify his work as representational. After 20 years at Disneyworld in Orlando he decided to relocate to Arizona for inspiration, enlightenment and the pursuit of his love for art in the western, figurative and portraiture genres.
