Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

The rugged magnificence of Maine’s coast extends well beyond the shore’s high water mark. Spanning over 3,400 miles and boasting almost 3,000 offshore islands, the coastal waters of Maine offer an outstanding habitat for an abundance of marine algae. I carefully collect, press, and dry a variety of the intertidal marine plants that inhabit the Maine coast. The specimens selected are chosen not only for their unique forms but also with an eye towards capturing the botanical features that distinguish the many floras from each other. The pressing and drying process takes place over several weeks to produce a final product that I use to create archival quality prints.
Each print includes the scientific name and collection location.
