I bought this as a gift for my daughter and she loved it. The tuxedo cat painting was beautifully done. The blue and purple background was perfect to showcase the artist rendering of the cat.

This was a big hit as a gift. The recipients had taken a romantic picture in this locale And now they have a beautiful bag to take with them on their honeymoon.
The hand painted original portrait of a prized rooster shown here was painted by using many photographs that I took as reference. I used a loose watercolor style for the background hay bales and barn boards. I painted the foreground hay bales in painstaking detail, painting each individual piece of hay as it winds through the bale until it disappears behind another but making sure to maintain the shape and construction of the bales.
Capturing a priceless moment in an instant with today's digital technology has made it possible to paint accurate details, anatomically correct images and capture movement in a motionless art form. This rooster portrait was commissioned. If you do not have a candid photo of your pet to use as reference to create a detailed action painting, I will be happy to take photos for you. Inquiries welcome into the commission of an original watercolor portrait, oil painting or acrylic painting of your champion.
