Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

This is an image of an original oil painting inspired by brilliant red oriental poppies (papaver orientale, Turkenlouis) against a background of purple and mauve flowers by a lake in the Chicago Botanic Garden, Illinois. The season was late spring - early summer.
I was also inspired by historical botanical illustrations that positioned floral images in a context by placing them in front of a landscape background. I thought that the visually exciting combination of the colourful spring-summer flowers I saw in the botanic garden would make a spectacular floral landscape. The bright red and purple flora stands out dramatically against a muted background of willows and other trees by the water. The first version of this theme was painted in pastels, and can also be seen in my portfolio.
