Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

This is a Ringlet (Koevinkje; Brauner Waldvogel; Tristan; Aphanthopus hyperantus), a medium sized butterfly (WS 35 - 42 mms). Going by the lighter color I presume it's a female.
I found this butterfly feeding on a Lesser Burdock (Arctium) bloom in a nature reserve near Veenendaal (Gelderland prov.)
It is a widely distributed species in most of Europe (except northern Scandinavia) and North Africa. also found in temperate parts of Russia, Siberia, Mongolia, China and Korea.
I am a bird and wildlife photographer. I specialize in bird photography (birdsinholland.com). Trying to locate birds and photograph them has an element of hunting in it, for me, that's a part that definitely adds to my excitement. And looking at my photos brings back the memories of the situation and the atmosphere connected with them. Over the years I have come to appreciate the importance of being very skilled in processing digital captures. With me, that has been and is a trial and error process.
