Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

After the first earthquake everyone thought that we had gone through the big one and except for numerous aftershocks I lives would quickly return to normal. Damaged buildings were going to be repaired, people were being paid out for any homes that were a write off and the aftershocks were slowly getting less.
My own home had a bad shacking, but had come through nearly intact. Everyone was ready to get on with their lives when in the middle of the lunch hour a smaller, but much more violent and closer earthquake struck. Compared with the Japanese it was nothing, but we are still travelling along roads still potholed and extremely lumpy. Some homes that were easy to repair have mostly been done, but many people are still fighting their insurance companies for a realistic payout, many have exterior walls missing and every week one or more major buildings get demolished.
Luckily we have had our insuranvce payment and started the slow process of getting our home rebuilt...
I love working in New Zealand as there is always something new to excite me. I learned the hard way with film B/W, colour negatives and slides and now love the freedom that digital cameras can give you. As I am often several months behind when I start working on my pictures I am often surprised and excited at what I find. Each individual has to be adapted depending on the subject; sometimes they are nearly untouched and others have hours of creative changes to get them looking perfect.
