In the times of our ancestors, there lived many great women chieftans among First Nation peoples. Coyote knew that changes were coming and as he walked amongst the people they spoke of one greatest woman chief. Her only care was to foster her people into the breath of each new day. Coyote, knowing that all times come to pass, could not allow She Who Watches not to protect her people, so he gave her immortality in stone, to watch over her people as the ancient guardian that she is. So to this day, you can see She Who Watches in the ancient petroglyphs still guarding the reverence of the First Nation people.
