The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

This was to be a drawing of smoke stack from an old mill on the Keuka Outlet Trail in Penn Yan, NY. As I progressed it became obvious the drawing was a mess, so I cut it up and made a collage.
About Dan Haley
I enjoy drawing and painting in mixed mediums including pastel, graphite, water soluble liquid graphite, artist ink pens and marker, and liquid acrylic inks using brushes and dipping pens. My focus always comes down to landscape or historic builings/structures. Art is really a means of having fun, expressing things I enjoy, and an excellent escape at the end of a long day!
