Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Soo Line Locomotive 1003, built in 1913 by American Locomotive Company and today is operated the Steam Locomotive Heritage Association of Hartford, Wisconsin. Here Soo 1003 is steaming through Darien Wisconsin on its return from a charity event in Chicago.
I'm a part time photographer based in Wisconsin. I enjoy all types of photography, especially long exposures, landscapes and architectural shots. I also enjoy the social side of the photography hobby. I love to organize and participate in photowalks and to pass on to others what I know about photography, and also learn from them as well.
