Its all about the light (for me) and the added backdrop, reflection, color, processing, and time spent to make this image resulted in an outstanding piece of art. I've been attempting to record old buildings and barnes and this is inspirational - although I'm lazy and probably will be in the planning stages for a long time before I attempt what you are doing.
