I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

Tautvydas Davainis was born in Vilnius 1954. 1974-1980m. studied in Vilnius Academy of Art. Work and live in Vilnius. Creative work of Tautvydas Davainis attracts at once by abundance of colours and unexpected combinations thereof, by the impression of effects obtained from experimental techniques. These paintings are percolated with expressiveness, most of them can be even called shocking. Nearly each of them hides challenge.
