I had held off purchasing any Super Bowl LVIII collectibles or memorabilia until I found something that I thought was just “awesome”. When I saw this SI Cover, I knew I had to have it. Honestly it’s one of the best photos I’ve ever seen. Along with the captions it captures what Super Bowl LVIII was all about. Your Photog was in the right place at the right time and did a great job of capturing what Chiefs fans all across the country felt at that moment. As you can see I had the perfect place for it, it makes this wall complete and up to date.

This is an old farm south of Mentone that sits way back a lane. Big brick house well over a hundred years old and once very nice with nice outbuildings. Now the whole place has fallen into disrepair like so many other wonderful farms. Seems no one wants these older farmsteads anymore here in the midwest. Nice early winter light in this one. Winsor & Newton Artisit Water Colors on Arches 300 lb Cold Press paper.
About Mike Yazel
Mike Yazel has pursued art his entire life. He has worked in Water Color and Oils for over 30 years and is an avid wood carver. Mike has been a painter of the Indiana landscape for decades with a special affinity for its barns and woodlands. He works every year to capture these cathedrals of the farms before they are gone. Most of these structures are well over 100 years old and no longer seem to have place on the modern farm they are being left to return to the soil. More recently he has become interested in the challenge of Plein Aire painting although his first Plein Aire work was completed 33 years ago.
