This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Artist's Description
This is Starr, a black lab mix. I donated this portrait to a raffle for Sammie's Friends, our local animal shelter support group (they're now running the shelter). The woman who won this commission ultimately rejected it, because I took over a year to complete it. I was really sad about that, as Starr was very important to her, and I felt like I really captured Starr's loving strength. The end result, I feel, is one of my best portraits. This portrait is available for sale, and I will donate the purchase price to Sammie's Friends, if someone else would like to own it.
