I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

I am originally from Prague, Czech republic but have lived in the U.K, Austria and Switzerland and have visited many other European countries. At present I am in the USA. Apart from some good tips and advice from my artist mother, I am largely self taught and have not started painting until a few months ago. I have always loved art and I painted my first portrait (of my momma) when I was 5 years old. She said it was "very good" for my age. But I have never had the time and opportunity to devote myself to my passion until a few years ago. Portraits are my favorite so far, I love faces and the expressions in them. I also like painting animals, since I love those too. Right now I am trying out all sorts, including landscapes, still life...
