This is an outstanding piece of work. The aura of Powell River with its resident fishing boats is portrayed beautifully. The vessel “Shirley” is very thought provoking to me personally.

About Marilyn Dunlap
Marilyn Bast Dunlap With a passion for art and history, Marilyn started painting at a very early age. Growing up in a small town, she often dreamed of far away places. This longing to escape is reflected in her art. As a graduate of University of Florida with a major in Exercise Science and a minor in Art, she would teach in the Winter and travel to Europe in the Summer.
