The Cat and the Vase by Maggie Terlecki
This is my cat, Chiana. She likes to sit on this table that is towards a South facing window. Sometimes she stares at what's going on out there, sometimes she stairs into nothingness and most times she just sleeps.
I hope you enjoy this. I've added a bit of texture for mood.

About Maggie Terlecki
I'm a photographer from a small town in Quebec, Canada and I do mostly Still Life compositions and Urban Vignettes. I take pictures of things I feel a connection to, a way of sharing my feelings, my world, and my place in it. My approach to photography is essentially the same as how an author uses words to write a story. Hopefully, you’ll find my voice and vision within my work. I also do digital painting - mostly fantastical creatures like fairies.

Ha! Well, She's a cat and this was an exception. If she knew I was going to take this, she would have skidaddled out of there so quickly! Her name comes from a Sci-Fi show from many years ago, where there was a beautiful girl from a different planet and her skin and hair was grey and silver and she was extremely catlike.
