The Flying Sikhs is part of my series 'Sikhs 225 years of Milestones and Global footprints' and debuted at Sikhlents Film and Art Festival in 2015. This painting of the 3 flying Sikhs from left to right- Hardit Singh Malik, Mahinder Singh Pujji and Meher Singh is a humble tribute to the countless other Sikh pilots from the great wars, now deceased, that have been forgotten now. The plane is a Camel Sopwith that Hardit Sikh flew.
