The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.

Artist's Description

This painting depicts a lead toy soldier (about 8 inches high in life) who is modelled after either Casmir Pulaski or General Kosciosco, Revolutionary War heroes from Poland. He is standing in front of a background painting of rifleman on horseback.

DAVID A. DOZIER David A. Dozier taught art history, painting in oils and watercolor, drawing, calligraphy and block printing at the Chicago Waldorf School, as well as drawing skills to adults in the Arcturus Rudolf Steiner Education program for almost twenty years. He has a Master's degree in Education (with a Certificate in Waldorf Education) from Antioch New England Graduate School, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Layton School of Art and Design with academic accreditation from Marquette University. Proficient in all the traditional media; oils, pastels, watercolors, drawing, printing, and sculpture, his work ranges from paintings done from imagination to portraits, landscapes, and still life done with an impressionist...
