This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

We were disappointed that the name of the artist is cut off and not showing in full. We feel the name of the artist is an important part of it and would love to have it rectified

We live in the desert so the Palm theme resonates. The color scheme is brilliant and perfect. We would like to see more from this artist. Where do we look?

Artist's Description
(Copyright Mel Steinhauer all rights reserved) John Augustus Roebling built this suspension bridge between Cincinnati and the northern tip of Kentucky way back in the 1860s. At that time it was the world's largest and became the prototype for the Brooklyn Bridge. Today, both sides of the river are constantly changing with new buildings and developments. The Cincinnati Reds got a new baseball stadium a few years ago and the skyline just added the city's tallest building topped off with a fancy tiara. Work is still in progress on new shops, restaurants and green spaces for everyone to enjoy. Late one afternoon as the sun cast a golden glow on the hand-cut stones, I was able to enjoy this beautiful scene of ... The Old And The New.
I created this image from my original photograph taken on location by adding digital enhancements, textures or other effects. These effects and image details will become more visible by clicking inside the green magnifier square as the cursor is placed...
About Mel Steinhauer

Then, after surviving another kind of war with cancer back in 1997, I began to really see the beauty in our world. Ever since then I have been inspired with a new awareness of life and an improved photographic vision. This has compelled me to find beautiful scenes wherever I go and to share my favorite creations with others who may not have the time or...
