I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

Realigning
Oh, to recapture hours I have wasted
imagining sweet passion's chains unbound.
I dream no more of lovers' charms untasted;
visions banished hold me no more spellbound.
All embers have been doused to sodden ashes,
abandoned, useless memories of pain.
Except for fleeting, momentary flashes,
no more do I such fantasy maintain.
These days I train my thoughts to what is real;
I concentrate on what can be achieved.
Those visions were a neverending wheel
that stole the truth of what can be believed.
But if, perchance, true love is ever offered,
I shall not turn blind eye without some thought.
Mayhap this heart, for now that has been coffered,
Will bloom again in lover's promise brought.
