The is my interpretation of a scene I cam across in India many years ago, in a marketplace. It involved an altercation between some beggars over territory. They were totally absorbed in the minutiae of the moment, except for the little boy on the right, who looked straight at me and smiled. I think I still feel the connection.
About Tim Thorpe
Hi There I hope you have enjoyed looking at my work. I am an artist practising in Sheffield (UK). I work in various media, really depending upon the subject. I have worked in bronze, cast iron, steel, resin, wood and plastics in my sculptural works and will add more of these to the image gallery in the future. I draw, paint, engrave, print and am continually learning new skills and techniques. My history is unimportant.
