Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Hi Marilyn, I think it's humorous, it was a dream, I had a series of them in the 80's and 90's. Anyway, this one was Bishop's in a hurry they dropped something and the priests were trying to give it to them. It was the imagery that made me want to paint it, the colors and stormy sky, black & white floor. That's the story. I always got mixed reviews on my surrealistic stuff, some thought they were humorous and some found them depressing. Funny.

This seems humorous... makes me curious about the story behind it. Perhaps it is not humorous at all.
