The title describes my admiration for the strength and resiliency of the Haitian People.
In 2006 I visited Haiti working on a video project. I returned in 2007 and promised myself I would keep coming back as long as my health was strong enough to survive the conditions I witnessed when travelling through the country. Unfortunately I haven't returned since then due to a serious enough health issue that keeps me from returning to a place that I found changed my whole way of thinking & living. It's a powerfull experience and so much can be learned about human existence,the will to survive and the faith it takes to believe that a change can happen in one of the most difficult places on earth that I have visited. The people are remarkable in their simplicity , resourcefullness and love of God . I have learned so much from them.
