Artist's Description

November 2013 Thor [Old Norse: Þórr, Old English: Đunor, Old High German: Donar, Proto-Germanic: Þunraz (thunder)], the red-bearded son of Odin and Fjörgyn, the mighty god of thunder, hallowing and fertility, protector of mankind, defender of the Æsir and of Asgard. About Ilias Patrinos

Ilias Patrinos

My name is Ilias and I've been drawing ever since I remember myself, starting with dragons, elves, battles and all kinds of Epic Fantasy art, greatly influenced by J.R.R.Tolkien. Being mostly self-taught and using mixed media in my works, I gradually developed my own personal style in drawing nature and trees and backgrounds. My tools of the trade are mostly coloured pencils and tempera watercolours on paper, and I use GIMP 2.6 for rendering the final result.
