This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

We were disappointed that the name of the artist is cut off and not showing in full. We feel the name of the artist is an important part of it and would love to have it rectified

We live in the desert so the Palm theme resonates. The color scheme is brilliant and perfect. We would like to see more from this artist. Where do we look?
Artist's Description
Karen Wiles captured the mountain river fun in "Those were the Days" within the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. The majority of those swimming are children of the Great Cherokee Indian tribes who still remain there today. Those who are lucky enough to enjoy those splendid summer days will surely never forget the wonderful memories and the fun...
The people who live in the mountains try to beat the sweltering summer heat and usually know of a great swimming hole tucked between the mountain hollers. The cool and clear mountain water refreshes and invigorates all whom splash and swim in these pristine mountain streams and swimming holes.
