The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. This is an image I actually saw. I am very excited about the prospect of reproducing scenes in nature using the medium of digital photography. I want to create wall art that puts the viewer there so to speak. By there I mean the high desert marshes of the Great American Basin. I want them to experience landscapes with the wildlife included.
About John Williams
I am an artist and writer living in Summer Lake, a very small town in the Oregon high desert. It is situated in a valley covered with marshes, ponds, and artesian springs on the eastern slopes of the Oregon Cascades. I specialize in painterly wildlife compositions accompanied by poetry, stories and creative essays. I am assembling materials for a book which I am allowing to take shape organically as I explore various artistic mediums. This is a labor of love and expression of appreciation for the natural world. Maybe a publisher or collaborator out there will stumble on my work and see the potential. If not I'll just keep exploring and having fun!
