This beautiful folk carving of fish bowl, spoon and fork was carved by G. Lucien Bouchard, Sculpteur, Baie Saint-Paul Charlevoix, Quebec. (1925 - 2009). I have been the proud owner of this beautiful work of art and served many a salad from it when the fish were not biting. Canada offers beautiful trout streams where one can leisurely fly fish for the delicacy of trout.
