The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. About Penrith Goff
My art reflects my lifelong interest in plant life, in particular tropical plants. I have had no artistic training and seek only to capture some of the infinite elegance and drama of color and form which abound in nature. I do not attempt any artistic style but try to reproduce what I see as precisely as possible. Elements which fascinate me for their unexpected charm become the focal point around which I build a picture. I grow a small number of tropicals, particularly bromeliads, and I am the steward of the bromeliad collection at Matthaei Botanical Gardens, University of Michigan, so there is always an abundance of material to draw upon. My medium of choice is colored pencils, which provide great accuracy, but I use other media...
