Wm. Hincks / Wm. Hincks, delin. et sculp.; Hincks, William, artist; London Publish'd as the Act directs, by R. Pollard, Spafields, 1791 June 20.; 1 print engraving, hand-colored ; 38.4 x 47 cm. (sheet); Print shows an interior view of a mill where three men and a woman are engaged in washing, rubbing, glazing and boiling fabric.
