Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Artist's Description
In discust of American gov't and current wastefulness, this fell out onto the canvas. More then ten years watching our country screw up the oceans, pollute nature and ruin our coasts with industry, I cant help but feel humans have gone overboard. Compound that with war and greed around the world, life has become a rush of fear, inconsistency and unpredictable security. Hence the leaves on the tree is money and the fire has money burning. Notice the spool of golden thread wrapped around the tree and just about running out on the spool. That is a sign from a dream, our time is running out.

The tree of life in science describes the relationships of all life on Earth in an evolutionary context... Charles Darwin talks about envisioning evolution and ecosystems as a "tangled bank" in On the Origin of Species; however, the book's sole illustration is of a branched diagram that is very tree-like...somewhat like yours...Great ,great work Pauline.
